Information we collect
The inquiry form may collect your name, email, optional messaging handle, country or region, preferred language, preferred city, broad treatment interest category, timeline, optional budget range, source page, UTM fields, and a short general message.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to general access questions, understand demand, improve content, and manage non-sensitive lead status in HubSpot or the browser-local CRM fallback.
Sensitive information
China Health Access does not collect medical records, passport details, scans, lab reports, diagnosis history, prescription records, insurance documents, or emergency requests through public forms.
Sharing and consent
We will not share your inquiry with an external hospital, agency, or service partner unless explicit consent is collected first for that purpose.
Data tools
The production site is designed to use HubSpot CRM for non-sensitive inquiry metadata and Sanity CMS for public website content. The local fallback form stores test inquiries in your browser only.
Deletion requests
You may request deletion of inquiry information by emailing hello@chinahealthaccess.com.
